UPDATE: I have no choice but to change my review and warn all potential customers before engaging in a transaction with this organization. In addition to all the issue highlighted in my original review the issue with Total Sports Solutions continues, even after I thought I was finished with them. Yesterday December 22nd, total sports took a substantial charge from my credit card. This is after receiving an email confirmation on November 29th that the bill was settled. No phone call advising of yet another error on the part of TSS, no email, they simply went into my credit card with no knowledge on my end and no correspondence and took the charge. When contacted by Ian, the owner of TSS, once again no real accountability. He advised they would reverse the charge and only if I provided a new dates in the next couple weeks to once again charge the card, that's not the point. TSS charged my card without authorization. I am not disputing any balances but the fact that TSS emailed and advised it was settled and then one month later with zero heads up went back into my account and took funds is not acceptable. BUYER BEWARE is all I have to say in regards to Total Sports Solutions. The amount of issues, lack of communication and quite frankly, poor business practices are astounding. I think its important before this review to state that this was my experience with Total Sport Solutions and the actual product is very good once finally completed. My reservation in recommending this organization comes from a very poor experience that was finally completed in the last couple days. My initial decision to use Total Sports was based on the timeline provided during the first site inspection, it was to be completed mid July. The actual install didn't complete until early September after a myriad of delays, none of which we shared as possibilities ahead of time. On multiple occasions I had to reach out to management and ownership of Total Sports in an effort to get answers and timelines. Every time I was assured service would improve but it never did. After a long drawn out process, to which I own some of the accountability due to my formal complaint, my business with Total Sports in done and hopefully I won't have a need to engage in the future. In my final emails from the owner I was assured that measures within the organization had been taken so others don't have. similar experience and I do hope that is the case. If Total Sports is upfront and honest about timelines potential delays and proactive communication and you get a good sense during initial conversations from them that this is the case then the work they do is just fine. In fact I wish Google Reviews allowed for ratings on different aspects of a transaction as I would say quality of work is 4 star but my experience overall was very poor. If you are thinking about a backyard court just ask a lot of questions and ensure they are being upfront about the total experience and what you should expect.
