I ordered flowers, a teddy bear and a balloon for my good friend's 65th birthday. I upgraded the flowers, my order came to $120. It was advertised that I would get 15% off of my order, which I didn't receive. My friend didn't get the balloon with the order, and as you can see in the attached photo of the order, I do not believe that the flowers were worth 75$. My friend's birthday was May 7th...I had to order the delivery date for May 6th. I was disappointed with the customer service mostly. She told me it was my fault that I didn't receive the 15% off because I probably didn't put it in at the checkout! When there is a discount offered, it should be worked in to the final price at the checkout.? Then she proceeded to tell me that I was 4 days late since I had ordered Them so it was too late. I said well I only had them delivered on last weekend. So, your complaints are only good for a few days? And this was the beginning of the week. So, all and all, I wasn't satisfied with the order and probably will never order from them again!

I have ordered many times and the recipient has sent me pic and it has always looked beautiful. This past order I picked the wrong date, they caught that the card said Mothers Day and called to verify the date with me! That is great customer service!

Once again I used Canada Flowers to send some Easter flowers. Once again the recipient was thrilled!! Price is good. Product is great. Try this company. You won't be disappointed.
