Always looks unkept. Little respect is shown for the grounds and burial sites. Should we maintain it ourselves. Too bad,especially today on Mother's day. Very disappointed.

The good news here is that the people at Glen Oaks, including our salesperson John M. are very kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and professional. The bad news: the state of some of the newer sections of the cemetery are awful (weeds galore with minimal maintenance), and their project management skills leave something to be desired. Regarding the latter, expect to be very proactive and on top of them for things like monument (tombstone) design and manufacturing. Ours has dragged on for too long due to poor communication and poor project management. The 2nd round of our designs even had the wrong customer name and account number along with the wrong design options, which took them 6+ weeks to figure out and correct, delaying the entire process significantly. Not ideal by any stretch.

Thank you so much to the staff at Glen Oaks, Lyn, Fiona, and Nicole were extremely helpful and empathetic towards my family during the difficult time with planning the funeral arrangements for my mom. They looked after us with care and provided us with the support we needed. They even followed up with us months after the funeral to ask how we are doing. We received such excellent service from a wonderful team of employees.

Many thanks to Sonny, Lynne and their team in Glen Oaks for arranging my grandmas funeral. Their carings, supports, knowledges and professional advices made everything run smoothly during this difficult times. Theyre always available to answer our questions and accommodate our requests in timely manner. Impressively they understood our Chinese cultural needs and were able to provide guidance too, were much appreciated it. Because of the great service weve experienced, my family and relatives decided to do our pre-plannings with Glen Oaks, weve signed up 7 Cemetery Purchase Agreements (total 13 sites) recently. Highly recommend Glen Oaks! P.S. We appreciated the warmth follow up message from Nicole and thanks for the annual Mothers Day of Reflection invitation.
