The sign of a great company is how they deal with a problem when multiple things goes wrong. My experience with dealing with So Danca has been turned around over the past few hours with how they have dealt with my problem.
I think it would be foolish to think that we live in a perfect world where nothing bad ever happens, especially in a retail world. Yes, we got a pair of Tap Shoes that had a problem. But So Danca turned a very bad experience into a good one. They took the time to listen to my issues, and were willing to work with me to move to a win win situation from everyones perspective. What more can you ask for.
