HUB International

I'm a long time customer of HUB over 10 years. I had an infuriating experience recently. My monthly payment is withdrawn through my credit card automatically. My insurance company did not withdraw last September's payment with no reason. I did nothing wrong. And they withdrew the payment in last October with additional $100 late fee. I contacted my broker. He told me that there was some mistake in his side. He promised to reimburse the $100 late fee. However, nothing happened until now. It has passed overr 4 months from then. They always repeat "Wait more." I'm very upset about this company. It is dishonest. It is a swindler. I advise against connecting this company.

I had a great experience dealing with Sarah at this location. Friendly, professional service and very quick to respond to any questions or issues. With my previous insurer, Id wait hours to talk to someone and get nowhere with them. Very happy I switched.

I have heard negative things about HUB international from facebook groups. I had the recent displeasure of dealing with an advisor named Flavia at this location. Never have I dealt with someone so abrasive. I'm not a HUB International customer but after my experience with one of their "advisors" I will never be a customer here. I was treated like I wasn't worth the time of day just because I wasn't a policy holder. Now I know first hand that this is not a brokerage you want to handle your insurance needs. There are tons of brokerages out there that will take your business and will treat you with respect. If you want rude, disingenuous, dismissive service then you've found the place for it. It's this place and specifically this location. Now I know I will never consider them for any of my future insurance needs.
