There is no doubt that IB program has many positive aspects just as some of the the other programs. The point is being able to combine the principles of education programs with effective teaching and learning methods and approaches. That's what I believe is the factor behind Walden's success.Teachers know how to address students' individual needs and most importantly, they work hard on improving students' metacognitive skills and learner awareness by providing an encouraging learning setting. Teachers are really good at scaffolding, inquiry based and experiential learning leading to better outcomes. Therefore, they know why they are learning and how they can apply this knowledge in real life settings. Most importantly, from the very beginning, we have felt that we are valued. Thank you once again to all the members of this awesome family.

Very disappointed with the assessment process at Oakville campus. I was informed that my child is excellent academically but pointed out some concerns on behaviour that were not representative of his personality. His side of story was never heard.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Small class sizes which allows a lot more 1 on 1 time.

Hi,My name is Hasnain Jaffari the son of this accounts user. I'd like to inspire people to go to Walden Oakville. Some people have there reasons for having HATE. But this school is better then YOU think. Today we learnt origami. It's was really fun we made a bat. And Also here's the funny part. In math my teacher marked something wrong but when SHE was wrong. I was like "Mrs Bejauoui I'm correct look" and she wrote on my math book opps you were correct XD and also another thing about the school is that this school actually has a play not the actually playing but by play when your up on stage performing but performing is in the very older grades. Back to basics parents can actually be teachers too! My best friend Charlotte Jones her mom is a teacher for I think SK Kindergarten. Anyways I hope this info helped you. My daughter just completed grade 4 at Walden International School in Brampton . She loved the IB program after being at a Montessori school for 3 years . Her teacher, Ms Gaber is amazing and surpassed all our expectations. All the teachers at the school are friendly and caring and my daughter loved the environment. We would recommend this school if you are looking for a quality education for your child .
