I dropped my ring off Monday evening to be sized and picked it up on Wednesday. The ring fits perfectly and was done so quickly. The service was incredible. Everyone there is passionate, warm, and truly cares about their work.

After having a ring on my finger that I couldnt get off for a few years I tried taking it off last night, but had no success. After trying everything and going to the hospital, my mom tried calling them and they very kindly agreed to take a look at it (even though they had just closed on a Friday night). Once I got there we realized that since it was stainless steel, the tool normally used to cut rings off wasnt going to work. To make a long story short, they went so far out of their way to help me get the ring off and the whole time they were extremely kind to my mother and I. I cant recommend them enough, they really did go above and beyond for us and did their best to make us comfortable.
