I shop here every so often and today (Wednesday May 10, 2023 around 8pm) was my second visit where I only needed to make a return, and I must say, I had the most wonderful interaction with the lovely Ren. I hope I spelled your name right. You were so friendly, patient and understanding. I always usually feel so uncomfortable when I need to make a return but you were just so kind throughout the entire transaction. Remarkable customer service skills should always be acknowledged. I appreciate your time and care today.

I had to return a shape-wear, when tried at home with the wedding dress it wasnt hiding much due to the wedding dress shape. Had to buy another shape-wear somewhere else with better elastic - compression. Unfortunately they wouldnt take it back! Tags still attached. Look somewhere else for better shapewear compression.

I bought an item on Aug 31, 2022, based on storestaff recommendations.And never opened the box (still has a seal on it). Try to return it on Sep 4, 2022, around 3:30 PM. The store manager directly said "It is been peeled off." without even looking at it. Her attitude really makes me upset. This really ruined yourbrand.
