Do you have any idea how horrible your automated phone answering system is? Does anyone work there!?

Even though my pump failed within the warranty period and I did not have the proper documentation, the local Grundfos representatives did everything they could to get my warranty honored and were successful. The pump is amazing and I'm very happy the warranty was honored. The whole experience was pleasant.

Bought one of their pumps and it has failed twice in two years. Rated at 18gph but only getting 4.5gpm. After a short period of time the pump starts to rattle. I have been told warranty replacement pumps are 15 month away. As if I can run a household off something so unreliable and unavailable. Never again.

Had to replace 2 of their pumps in 4 years! Garbage.

Very Disappointed! This is my second Grundfo Pump and I brought the Scala2 for my guest cottage in the country and while it is still working, it is making loud noises. So I took it to my Grundfo Service Center and 1st he was very reluctant to take it in the shop at all but did and call back the same day to tell me to come pick it up, as the Scala2 was a sealed unit and not repairable and the warranty was expired. Yes the warranty is expired but this pump has had very little use and for the money that I paid for it, (over $800.00) it should be repairable ...... I know you can repair the competitions pumps! So before you layout that kind of cash for a Grundfo water pump, buyer beware, they are not service friendly and when asked if they could bring the matter to Grundfo, I was told not to bother as they won't help you.
