Instead of being a physiotherapist they became my friends. I would give this plat 10 stars out of 5 if I could. They do their job to the highest quality and with a smile. I came here from WSIB after a workplace injury and they gave me instructions on what to do, demonstrated it and even did it with me. They told me what exercises to do at their location, at home and what to use instead of their equipment; how many to do, when to increase the work and by how much, what to do before my surgery for preparation and after for recovery; etc. They made me feel at home, secure, happy and literally on my feet again (I couldnt walk for some time after my injury and surgery). I almost want to injure myself again to go back there!

I decided to choose this location from all of the Altum care clinics for the reason that it had the most flexible schedule. I couldnt make it at times for my appointments but rebooking was easy and with no issues. The front desk ladies are simply amazing, energetic, enthusiastic and kind. Emily the kniesiogist is knowledgeable and goal oriented which works well with patients who are trying to achieve their health goals. OT, kara is an amazing person who embodies the peace and mindfullness that she taught me; these skills are for life, i thank her so much. Another PT i worked with (Deana) is generously with her knowledge and puts safety first, which helped me trust her the moment i started working with her. Sasha the PT is knowledge, professional and easy to build rapport with. This team is the best, in my opinion. I highly recommend this particular place when picking a UHN clinic for WSIB. I reccomend this to my friends. The RMT who works here is so kind, knowledgable, patient and accommodating. It takes years to find a good team, i am happy to have found one under one roof. I hope they add a female PT who specialization in pelvic floor issues.
