My son has been attending this school over the past year and has greatly benefited from being immersed in a curriculum as engaging and rich as the one provided at Western Heights Montessori Academy. Throughout the past year, he has learned the alphabet, colors, counting, shapes, his fine motor skills have significantly improved and he absolutely loves all of the teachers and friends he has made. He has established very strong relationships and loves Ms. Shllaku, Ms. Slater, and Ms. Shaymaa. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of my son. As a parent, it is very nice to see full and detailed reports pertaining to the work done at school each day. The teachers at this school provide the best and highest quality of care to each and every child. The amount of activities done in program each day is astounding. Each week, my son has also engaged in music, French class, Mandarin class, and yoga! In terms of education, this is really one of the greatest gifts you can provide your child. My son has also really enjoyed learning more about science, math, biology, and nature. He has talked about the experiments that he has done in school. He absolutely loves science and this school does a lot of great stuff with the kids. I am very impressed with what I have seen. Early years are critical to the development of a child. At this school, your child will feel apart of a big family where they are encouraged, supported, and grow in an environment full of passionate and dedicated teachers. I highly recommend attending this school due to all of the outlined reasons stated above. As a Mother, I have seen my son advance in critical thinking thanks to the rich program at this school. You really get what you pay for and I can truly say that this school provides utmost warmth. I also want to state that the school Director, Helen is a complete pleasure to talk to. She is extremely helpful, caring, and always provides support. I cannot express how thankful I am for everything this woman has done to help my son from the very beginning. I work as a child care educator and can say that Helen is the best! She is truly amazing at what she does and genuinely cares about each and every child in program. My daughter started at this school at 18 months old. Granted the first few months apart are never easy, she adjusted quickly thanks to the loving staff here. Now At 2 years old she speaks clearly, can clean up her toys, counts to ten, and knows all of her fruits and shapes. Shes benefited so much from the program. I see a huge difference in her development both from an educational standpoint, and how social she is with other toddlers. I would highly recommend this location and the program to any parent thinking about putting their child in daycare for the first time. We have even moved since starting and I continue to send her here because I trust the teachers, and see she genuinely loves it here.
