Raj played a key role navigating us through the experience of purchasing the house. A broker at the start became a friend by the time we closed the deal. Raj has a strong knowledge of the mortgages and how the whole system works, and this knowledge really matters a lot in the deal. Raj explained pros and crones of each option, in terms of financial institute, rates and conditions of the mortgage and , this really helped us to make a decision. Raj is not a one time person, he follows up with each step, at a regular time period. He verifies each document thoroughly and then pass them to the bank, keeping the customer and bank stress free.
