I called to find out information to see a gyno and the receptionist was so short with me and rude. Was not a positive interaction for me. I would have appreciated a bit more kindness especially when dealing with medical concerns.

Dr. Smith was on the call when I had to be induced and Im so glad she did. So friendly and nice, gentle but also fast at the same time. So knowledgeable! She explained everything she was doing and whats her plan for later. I felt so safe with her and included in the whole process. She induced me, broke my water and delivered my baby boy within couple of hours and its my first baby. She gave me clear instructions about my pushing and after only 10 minutes of pushing - my baby was there. It was such a calm, nice experience and her soft voice and encouragement really helped me relax. She mentioned that she loves how smooth everything was and that shell gladly deliver every baby I have after. And I would love that too! :) I love you Mr. Smith!

I HAVE to give doc 5 stars!! Shes the best OBGY in my opinion!! Shes empathetic, gives time if there is an issue. She performed my C-Section and it went smooth. I missed her after the operation as it was someone elses shift. Shes very positive, smiling and just puts you in a good mood and adding to that great skill and her experience shows!! Two thumbs up Thanks a ton doc (if you ever get a chance to read this)

I had the pleasure of having Dr Smith as my OB for both of my kids. She also delivered both! She is such a friendly, bubbly person with an amazing bedside manner. Love her and highly recommend her to anyone having a baby at OTMH.
