        I moved to Oakville from Toronto a few years ago. Originally I was concerned I wouldnt find a quality gym here, but after some looking I found Muscle HQ. There are serious lifters / athletes at this gym but they were nothing but welcoming and helpful when I started. Whether youre an avid lifter or just starting out, this place is for you. There is no ego here and everyone is welcome. I would highly recommend this gym for its many free weights / hammer strength and cardio machines. Theres even a whole section of the gym dedicated to leg development. You honestly cant go wrong here. - Matt L
