I was having water leaking in our basement for a while just after periods of rains. ,but every time it rain the leak was getting worse , therefore making me more anxious. So after looking online for a reputable company I came across Canada Waterproofers. I gave them a call and got surprised on how quick they were able to come and take a look and give me the best solution to our situation. Not only was the technician very personable ,but the workers doing the job as well. When they finished actually the area they worked on looked better than before. Definitely will be recommendingthem. I did a lot of research before choosing this company. Met with Carl and he was super professional. His quote was reasonable and has lifetime warranty. I asked Carl to return to touch up on a small area and he was very responsive to my request. Absolutely great customer service with this company. I look forward to no more wet basements! I am very impressed by the efficiency and professionalism performed by Carl and his team. Carl did the on site visit and gave me recommendations and a detailed scope of work, which was beautifully done on budget with no hidden fees. The workers were really hard working and very friendly.
