If you're looking for a realtor, look no further. You can't possibly do better than Holly Garratt. She magically blends consummate professionalism with genuine personal warmth and great energy. If you're looking to buy, she will find your dream home and negotiate the best deal on it. If you're selling and she stages your house, it will end up looking so gorgeous you will have second thoughts about moving (I know someone who decorated their new house by simply copying everything Holly did to stage the old one, and they still love the decor years later). She knows the market inside out and will generously share her knowledge with you. She will always be available to answer questions and provide advice. She will patiently explain anything that's unclear, and she will masterfully remove any trace of anxiety from the process of buying or selling. And on top of all that, throughout the journey she will treat you like family. You're never just Holly's client - you're her friend and you're treated like one. Holly Garrett is an incredible realtor who truly has her clients' best interests at heart. I was sure that we wouldn't be able to sell our tiny house while living in it, working from home, and having 2 kids do online school in it. It was messy, disorganized, and lacked style Holly transformed it in less than a week, a feat that I was convinced was impossible. Anyone who had been in our house couldn't believe that the listing photos were of the same house and the feedback we received on her decor and photos was amazing . She has amazing contacts for repairs, painting, and photos, and made sure that we only spent money where it would actually matter. The area surrounding our house had a lot of construction which was so undesirable to buyers, but Holly was able to have them see past the construction and see the positive in the location and brought us the right buyers. She helped us every step of the way, eased our stress enormously, and was overall INCREDIBLE. She also truly appreciated us as clients and has kept in touch with us in our new home and shown us that she appreciates our business.
