In 2016 our family needed to move quickly from Montreal to Toronto/ GTA. Genevieve was very patient to me answering a lot of questions about the housing market, pricing and gave me a great information about Oakville. We finally closed our home in Oakville with help of our wonderful partner Genevieve. She has been rightly and mindfully called partner because she not only worked as our agent , she was basically our eyes and ears from day one to last. Having said that , we bought the home from hundreds of miles away and we saw our beautiful new home and met Gen in person after six days of closing . All happened over phone and txts . She answered my countless queries and concerns at lightening speed. Whoever got a home in Oakville will agree that buying a property there within near budget is a challenge. But I hit the jackpot. Not only winning the property , which is great , but my biggest win is to know Genevieve who is a gem not only professionally , also the most understanding , trust worthy and empathetic human being . After being frustrated with few other agents and failed offers , I called Genevieve randomly without any reference which is next to impossible for a self confessed critical client like me , I must admit. She absolutely nailed me and my requirements in a home after first conversation. Mutual trusts we both had for each other , made whole journey organized and way less stressful. She even took care of cleaning the home when she found out that the previous owner did not do their best . She already have five stars rating. Dont think this will add any more star. Thats not the aim I had in my mind. This is a personal note to show our love and gratitude to her and at her service .
