Pooja was great to work with! She is very professional and kept her calm throughout the process. We worked with Pooja recently to buy ourselves a home in Burlington. We aren't new home buyers. We would want to think of ourselves as savvy. However, the GTA is a "different beast" in Pooja's words. She was really instrumental is bringing to us the distinct features and dynamics of this market. She worked with us to narrow the type of product, budget, approach to bidding and negotiation. I am sure that no other realtor would've put in the type of time she did in letting us figure the best option for us by ourselves. We wouldn't have liked it any other way. She understood where we stood in that process. She adjusts and adapt her style and level of support for her clients and in our case, she knew the details were important. She spent a lot of time pointing to trends, comps, inventory, product types etc that really is truly of great value. She was responsive, detail oriented, thorough. She gave us a lot of updates through the multiple offers we put in. We even did post mortems on the ones we lost and we learnt from it. Pooja quickly picked up on what made us feel excited in a home and helped us finally get there! We would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a realtor who truly knows her business and market and is willing to spend the time to bring you along in the process.

Buying a house is a life altering process and Pooja allowed us to do that with a very positive approach & results. We were first time home buyers relocating from Dubai. We worked with Pooja and she was wonderful, ethical and extremely professional in her approach! She had a great knowledge of the surrounding area and understood exactly what we were looking for. She was very responsive to our needs and was always available when we needed her, even if it was for a single showing. More than a realtor, she guided us in evey step throughout,which kind of put us at ease and gave us more confidence. Anyone looking to purchase a home would be lucky to work with Pooja. I was extremely picky with my locality and the kind of house I had envisioned and it of course took us a few months with numerous showings. Pooja worked hard for us and never gave up even when I almost did. I am now happy to say we're in our first home now and its a beautiful feeling to be here with so much positivity, thanks to her efforts and I'm very grateful.
