The realtor Dylan allowed the water access to his residential rental building to fail over winter and refused to fix the pipes. He then appealed the order to fix them, at this date the tenants have been 58 days without water, all of which are low income people. He also won't comment or explain. Before doing business, you should ask Dylan for an explanation and to fix the water pipes in his building.

Trying to renovict tenants, while doing so have left one of their properties (and tenants) without running water for 40 days so far. Dylan Suitor is directly responsible for these inhumane and abusive conditions. Will never work with, rent, or buy from them or one of their agents ever again. Will also be letting all of my investment and construction contacts know never to work with these crooks as well.
