Mohammed from Akarat group was not only detailed with his analysis when I approached him to sell my first home turned investment property but he was efficient. Before I knew it the property sold in ONE day. In normal circumstances that is a feat within its self, but during the COVID-19 pandemic this was unheard of. I was floored. I was given a fair offer and knew that it was priced competitively based on his detailed analysis. I can't say enough good things about Mohammed and his team.
