I had the pleasure of working with both Jack (on the sale of our condo in Oakville) and Sam (on the purchase of our house in Cambridge). This was a few years ago and Jack sold our condo for way over the asking price before that was the norm. Jack is the pinnacle of customer service and knowledge when it comes to selling and buying your home. He doesn't make up fake data or pretend to know something he doesn't, to only tell you something different at a later date. He does his due-diligence and makes the buying process one you can trust and honestly, enjoy. His communication and timeline of responses is almost too good, he might have a twin or a clone doing some his work in Oakville ;). If you are looking for superficial, delusion of grandeur realtor, who will stroke your ego and not sell your house, look elsewhere. If you want an honest, easy going, hardworking salesman, use Jack. I've been hesitant on buying a place for years. Sam has been super patient working with me. With Sam's ability of keeping me in the loop of real estate I decided I was ready to jump in the market. Sam within a reasonable timeline was able to find me a great place and location for me to call home finally as a 1st time home buyer and I didn't have to over pay with major bidding wars for my condo. He was diligent with finding out every question I threw at him whether he had the answer or got back to me in reasonable time finding out from other agent about the property.
