Choosing an agent is a tricky thing to do. I once thought that the agents were a dime a dozen and the market dictates prices. That was until I met/worked with Alun. This man went above and beyond, he literally made our real estate dreams come true. I know that sounds super cheesy but we had to sell our Condo at the very high end/ above market to be able to afford the house we wanted. He was able to grind, bring in buyers and offer advice that was spot on. Purchasing our house was another amazing experience. The Burlington market is nuts, we made our offer and Alun was able to push and work his experience and professionalism into getting it for exactly what we offered in our budget.
