My wife and I used Engel & Volkers as our realtors after meeting them at the showing of a home in which we ended up purchasing. Tanya was the realtor on the listing, she was very open, honest and kind which helped in our decision to use her as our realtor to sell our home. Tanya as the realtor and Joanne as the broker of record were a great team and provided excellent guidance and feedback throughout the process. They staged our home beautifully and got it sold within a week in a tough December market. Tanya and Joanne went above and beyond both on the sale of our home and helping us settle into our new home and we couldn't thank them enough. Jo-Anne and Scott made selling our Falgarwood home extremely easy! We listed quickly and they were able to generate interest in order to accept offers in less than a week.
