I reached out to Muhammad in the Fall of 2019 to try and sell my home in Alton Village, Burlington. This was not an ordinary deal, as I currently had tenants occupying the residence on a 3 year lease. He was able to find a solution and broker a deal with international investors. Thanks to Muhammad's professionalism and strategic thinking, we were able to close a very profitable deal in January 2020 in conjunction with advising on a few out of province deals. Muhammad was extraordinarily professional, responsive and thoughtful. He helped us find a rental during COVID when other real estate agents couldn't be bothered to help out. He kept scheduling apartment showings until he could tell we were truly happy, despite the time investment and risk involved with showings during COVID. He also advocated for us when we got our apartment in an unclean state, and got the owners to repaint and professionally clean the place.
