We had a great experience working with Mike to sell our home under challenging circumstances. We were lucky enough to connect with Mike through the Dan Cooper group and immediately felt as though we were in good hands. My Wife and I were in the process of a quick international move and decided to lease our house. While living abroad we made the difficult decision to change course and sell our home. Mike helped us quickly pivot and got our home sold in short order at a fair price in a challenging market. Throughout the process Mike was communicative, knowledgeable and made us feel like he had everything under control. He was honest, transparent and shared his perspective to inform us. Though we were not physically in the area, Mike made frequent trips to check on the house to ensure everything was in working order as showings were taking place.
