Mark was instrumental in helping us buy our first investment property and helped us find our first renter. Mark listens to your requirements, adapts to the situation, and follows through. He clearly explained the process and the terms of the realtor and rental agreements. While we were looking to buy our rental property, Mark was always available for advice, and successfully negotiated the final terms for purchase and rental to our financial benefit. He also arranged for our subsequent rental and connected us with a neighbourhood lawyer who handled the sale agreement. We give Mark 5 out of 5 satisfaction rating.

In the whole process of selling my house and buying a new house, Mark did a wonderful job. First, he recommended a good location. At the beginning, I wanted to buy a new house in Mississauga. and I did not know too much about Burlington. He recommended Burlington and we bought the house in Burlington. it is a wonderful place to live. Secondly, he helped us find this good house. He knows everything about the house. For example, I liked a house backing onto ravine. he did research and told us that I could not build a swimming pool in the backyard. And then he recommended another house and I bought it. I just like this house very much. Also, he was very flexible when I sold my old house. Mark has very good personalities. He is smart, patient and he knows what is best for you. I recommended him!

We were out looking for a house and being first time home buyers, had no inkling about the entire buying process. Mark Pospisil was very thorough with his knowledge and lead us to see multiple properties. After a month of searching, we were getting tired but he never showed the slightest weariness of travelling with us from one end of GTA to the other. He never once told us condescendingly that our budget might be low or even try hard selling us a house nor brag about his sales acumen. His only interest was to ensure that we bought a house we liked and planned on living. He has a way of understanding your requirements and a patience that is hard to match. His professionalism is only matched with his calm demeanor and his exhaustive knowledge of the real-estate market and its nuances.
