Workmanship and quality of product were exceptional. Small communication problem was followed up by the company CEO and straightened out and I appreciated that. Shout out to the showroom staff who helped me select the perfect stone for my kitchen countertops.

Not saying the product and workmanship weren't great, they were. But alot of money is demanded up front and I was hounded for the balance less than 24 hours after installation, even before I could get a plumber in to hook up the faucet. That's when we discovered problems, and my emails for assistance got no response, probably because I no longer owed any money. Definitely need better communication.

Just want to acknowledge the Stone Lab team for a job well done. The sales experience was low pressure, the communications during the whole process was prompt and clear and the installation was great. The install crew knew what they were doing. We did our research including competitive quotes. Not the lowest cost - but you get what you pay for. Yes would recommend.

We recently worked with Stone Lab on the installation of countertops and backsplashes in our newly renovated kitchen. From the initial contact with Judy, through selection of stone, to the final installation, everyone was great to work with and the quality was outstanding. I just finished a small kitchen reno (countertop, sink, faucet and backsplash) with Stone Lab Inc. I shopped around and found their prices cheaper than others. But what ultimately convinced me to go with this company was that despite the small size of my job, I always felt like a priority. Their communication skills are exemplary and the whole process took about 3 weeks from start to finish - the actual work was only 3 days. It was a relief to have everything done so quickly and exactly the way I had envisioned it. I have unique taste (pic posted on google) and control issues :) but was never made to feel that my requests were unachievable. Looking forward to working again with Stone Lab in the near future on a bathroom gut job!
