Very disappointed with Monils professionalism. Noticed this couple of times - Hes always in a haste and abrupt if given a call. Was pretty rude the last time when I had a question about my filing and just needed 2 mins of his time, which was the last straw for me and will not be using his services again. IMO, he fails to understand that he is supposed to provide clients advise and clarification too. If Im paying a lot more for a service I can do myself for $40, i expect tax advisory and clarifications. *If youre looking a for a tax consultant who will provide proper advise and assistance, i would look elsewhere.
