Kler Dental Centre

Unfortunately Im still in pain since December and my teeth became so sensitive for everything I eat. I dont think I will ever go back to normal after Dr. Charanpal Ahluwalia tried to fix what Dr. Lina Shaar did to my teeth. Im tired from the continuous feeling of being uncomfortable eating. Also they maxed out my benefits and asked me to pay the difference from my pocket which was around $600. The lady at the front desk called me to intimidate me. I told them from the beginning I only want to do whats required within my dental benefits, because this was the case from day one I became a patient. Too bad it was my favourite dentist office and Dr. Charanpal Ahluwalia was always great, but I wont return back anymore! I wish I didnt go in December !

I recently visited this dental office and was blown away by the exceptional care and service provided by the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff and made to feel comfortable in the clean and modern waiting area. During my appointment, the dental hygienist and dentist were both incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything they were doing and why. They were also very gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. What impressed me most was the office's use of the latest dental technology, which made the entire experience quick and efficient. The staff was also very accommodating and worked with me to schedule my appointment at a time that was convenient for me. Overall, I had a great experience at this dental office and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of dental care. The staff's commitment to exceptional patient care and the use of advanced technology truly set this office apart.

I was travelling out of province visiting family and had a dental emergency. Rianne fit me in right away with kindness and understanding. She handled my appointment perfectly from the first greeting, billing my insurance, and my exit. Love Kler Dental, great job Rianne and Dr. Shaar!!

This office is very Unprofessional, the manager Rianne is rude, incompetent and racist. When I asked for my records as I will be seeking a new dentist, I was told I was being destruptive and the police was called. This should have no place in our society I won't recommend you go to this clinic. It's unfortunate that there isn't zero stars because they don't even deserve 1 star

Went in for a filling with Dr. Lina Shaar on July 2022 came out of her chair not being able to eat properly. Went in on two different occasions to file the filling down and it still came out in pain. She sent an estimate for a crown and when I went back in for the fourth time she put the crown on another tooth saying "this is a process". Meanwhile my $2500 insurance plan was maxed out after all my visits. Lied about my estimate being for another tooth. Left me in pain for 5 months, maxed my plan and didn't even do the emergency work needed for my aching butchered tooth. Thanks for all the stuff you put me through Dr. Lina Shaar. NEVER EVER AGAIN.
