F45 Training Glen Abbey Oakville

I just completed my first week at the Glenn Abbey F45 location and it has been such a great experience! The coaches are so welcoming including Tyler/Rachel and really appreciate how supportive the whole community is. The classes are very organized with great coaching from the coaches throughout!

Such an amazing overall experience/service. The staff, the trainers, everyone is just awesome. You have beginners and well seasoned athletes who go and the staff helps everyone have their best workout regardless of their skill level. It's pricier than regular gyms, but well work all the extras included in the price. It's a great workout throughout. A+++
