I was hesitating to buy a used car since I am not an expert in mechanic. I found them through a friend of mine. He also bought his car several years ago and very happy with that. So I took it as reference and visited here. Anas answered all my questions and give me verbal guarantee that I will not have any problems, I have been using my car for 3 months so far and I have never had any issue. Even though later we completed all documentation and I got the car, when I ask for anything, he responds in earliest convenience. He offered me the best fit car for myself and winter tires as complimentary. Highly recommended.

Bought our volvo v60 t6 rdesign wagon here about a year ago. We were taken care of and the few small issues we had with the tires and rims were taken care of promptly and handled perfectly. I was worried about a couple of things with the car at the time but the vehicle has held up perfectly through the winter with 0 issues and We are super pleased with our purchase. This car is a rocket ship disguised as a volvo lol. These guys were great and if we lived closer we would likely take the vehicle to them for service too as they were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient with their work. Sorry it took so long to post this review but really glad we bought this car from Rotana auto. Take care and thanks again. Great car.

Buying a car from Rotana was a very pleasurable experience. Anas was very professional and trustworthy. He even went out of his way to deliver the car to us in Ottawa. Doing business with Anas was beyond exceptional. We would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Rotana Auto Group.

I have been coming to Rotana Auto Group for a couple years now for service on my Mercedes and they always take such good care of me. Their staff is respectful, they keep their commitments (timing, price estimations) and even the owner, Anas, will come check-in with me personallyalways taking the time to answer my questions when picking up my vehicle. I've been in the GTA area for about 13 years now and have never found an auto shop I can trust. Recommend!
