The guidance and information provided by Patsy and her team are so valuable to developing better and more effective goals for eating and working out. I entered the program intimidated with the prospect of having to plan meals but was pleasantly surprised with how many resources are available at MCC Weight Solutions to develop an everyday system of practice that have improved how I approach meal preparation. I am so grateful for all I have learned so far and am beyond happy with not only the resulting benefits to my health but also how I feel day-to-day!

I have tried so many programs and pills to get my healthy life style back, but nothing really worked with my long term goals as The MCC plan, I've been working with them for 6 weeks now and it has become my new life right before New year starts. Love It. Once again I decided to work with the clinic to get back on track after all has happened during 2020, and again so helpful.
