I had found myself in the fortunate position of being the custodian of my mother's cherished family furnishings, which included full living room set, dining set, and a number of antique wooden upholstered pieces. Bailey's was recommended to me through Baier's Upholstery & Design, for wood furnishing refinishing.
Samantha was quite gracious in taking the time to come to my home and view the furnishings so we could discuss at length my vision and her expertise and recommendations in restoration and refinishing of my wooden furniture pieces. Needless to say, I felt very comfortable and reassured at Samantha's knowledge and insight in her artistic profession.
I found that the customer service was always on the mark, very professional, incredibly informative and helpful, and respectful of the sentimental value I hold for these family pieces.
