RBC Royal Bank

Argh!! First of all what is the address?! Google is generally used by the rest of the free world to find out exactly where businesses are located! Second, I went in to put a large deposit into another RBC. customers account & this person was with me, but the customer service rep put a credit note on my account & then made a withdrawal. This banking function essentially took the money out of my account only to put it back in, so the other person didnt end up getting their money. This was discovered the next morning after spending time driving to the bank, standing in line and then STILL having to resolve this the next day when it was discovered. I also cant stand the limits they put on my withdrawals, transfers & purchases, which according to them is to protect me. If I needed big brother to look after my money, I wouldnt be paying a bank to hold my money. This is what Im paying banking fees for?!!

I have a simple question to ask. I have been on "hold" three times for a total 2.5 hours in the last week. I sent an email and no one answered. How does a person speak to a real human being at RBC?
