        I reluctantly began my personal development journey 10 years ago on and off. The universe has steered my life in such a way where it has opened my heart to see the beauty in breaking the toxic cycle of negative self talk. I am now beginning my healing by reflecting inward. Susan has been AMAZING, i feel like I have high expectations in people but Susan manages to meet all of them naturally. Im so thankful Ive been linked with someone that can truly help me navigate the difficulties within .. using CBT, beginning from the ground ->up. I know the work I do everyday with the information and sessions we share together will create a better life for myself, my partner, and my family Niawen Qualia!

        Ive just started counselling with the most amazing Counsellor. I put off counselling for a long time simply because navigating NIHB for mental health is difficult, but Qualia made everything SO easy & I had an appointment booked within a few days of emailing Qualia. Im extremely happy to have been to referred to Qualia for my mental health counselling. Ive only had a couple phone sessions so far but I already feel so supported. Thank you, Qualia team!! You are all amazing.
