Go to place for our smokes. Not sure if Google is asking for a rating for said place or one of their sister stores? I know I go to Tobacco World & Eagle Pass couple times a mth.. was actually at both places on April 29th, an hour before closing.. store was Tobacco World.. didn't realize until today when I went to pay my rent I was short $90! Of course, this place has no phone number listed.. so went to the sister store, called the number only to be told I need to go back to Tobacco World to file a complaint, ask them to check their records (they write down each Tobacco item sold (cartons & rollies)) to see if they have an overage for that day. I explained to them I get driven out there couple times a mth & my go to person that drives me out there isn't available today (5/2/22) so I asked the person I was talking too if they had Seneca's phone number & was nicely explained to me that they can't give out that information.. so here's hoping when I am able to get out there, that I get a nice worker who will listen to me & take my information and pass it along to the right person & I get my $90 back. But I should have went with my gut when I had to grab more money.. have said person working redo the add up of everything.. cause I collect each person's list & money for smokes & gas (for driver) so if anyone sees this that works at any location mentioned, comment back on what to do. But from now on, I'm definitely going to be keeping an eye on my Tobacco purchases so I don't get ripped off.. cause $90 is $90 I don't have extra of & had to take said $90 out of something else to cover my rent.... not cool!
