Great staff (most times) don't like the miserable ones working. If you don't want to work there or that day, don't show up. It's not fair to the customers. Today's visit was very pleasant, she was happy & talkative, unlike the last time I went there, the person they had working was miserable & rushed me & my order (I go for several people so different cigarettes) I can drop a couple thousand dollars there in 1 visit & if you want my business, the staff need to be alot nicer. The reason why I stopped going there for about 6m. Even tho they have a sign up saying if u have a question, comment or complaint u can call or email so & so.. the way I see it & was raised, if u want respect, u got to give respect & respect is earned when others get along with each other. We will continue to come here as long as I'm treated with respect
