        The lady was rude,lied to me about price,then was swearing at me,my wallet was missing along with a few other things,told me I had to wait for police report then there was no report,also said she can't let vehicle out of impound till report was submitted,said she call me when report was in then never called to rack up the cost just to get possessions and my wallet wasn't even there,rude ,rude ,rude
