Ok so buying ice is normally a routine process that we don't put much thought in to... right? Well Big Beaver Ice & Coffee Co have brought the simply mundane to the absolutely spectacular!! Being able to pull over and tap your card to get as many as 10 bags of ice, at a whopping 6lbs each, gives me a reason to wake up every morning with an ear to ear smile across my face!! Not only have they redefined the concept of convenience, but they've assembled such a courteous staff that go above and beyond the norm to make sure that you are familiar with their products and how to use their automated ice dispensing units. I want to give a particular shout out to a young employee named Kyle. This man got off his forklift when he seen me using the automated ice machine just to ensure that I was familiar with their company and wish me a great long weekend as well as heartfelt gratitude for being a customer. Buy all your ice for all your functions from Big Beaver Ice & Coffee Co. !!

Great product and even better company to work with. Big Beaver supplies coffee and vending machines to two of our heavy duty truck dealerships. Mark and his team are incredibly helpful in every aspect. I would recommend Big Beaver Ice & Coffee Co. to any business.
