Out of home for almost 4 months and counting due to an electrical issue that started a fire on the adjacent unit. Refuses to give me a timeframe even now of when the work will begin, or accomodate me further even when my insurance has run out. Avoid if you can.

I never got my security deposit back. I checked, they got the keys for my room back on time as well as no damage to the property during my stay was reported. I was staying in there Sandwich Street location until June21. I was about to recommend the place to someone but recalled my experience with the management.

Jessica was phenomenal in securing my brother and I a beautiful new home and since then Anita has been nothing short of spectacular in answering and handling any questions and concerns weve had as weve settled in! I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided by one of your agents, Alan Sani. Recently, I had to move out and had to hand my keys to the management company. When we arranged for a specific time to meet, the management company did not show up. The next day, Mr. Sani blamed us for the miscommunication and spoke to us in a very rude and disrespectful manner. When we tried to explain that we had a lease agreement with our landlords and not with the management company, he continued to speak rudely and demonstrated a complete lack of understanding of property law or landlord-tenant law. Mr. Sani's behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. He was the rudest agent I have ever met, and his disrespectful attitude is not tolerated. If the company still keeps him as an agent, then it is clear that the company is willing to be rude with tenants. I hope that the management company will take my complaint seriously and take appropriate action to ensure that this type of behavior is not repeated in the future. It is crucial that tenants are treated with respect and professionalism, and agents who behave in a disrespectful manner should not be allowed to continue representing the company.
