Dont even waste your time. Christine came by and we did a thorough walk through of everything I wanted for my window coverings and the quote just never came in. I followed up a few times and it was always coming soon or I sent it (?!) and it just never came. So unprofessional its insane. **update to reply: no the quote was never sent. I checked all my inboxes several times (junk etc.) and you said you would send it again for good measure and never did. Very unprofessional and you wont stay in business this way.

We ordered all new custom blinds for our whole house over a year ago. We received all but one (the one we really needed - the master bedroom). While installing the blinds, the shutters in both bathrooms had pieces broken on them. They were eventually replaced, well over a month later. Once these were fixed, we had to constantly phone and email Christine to try and get an update on our master bedroom window coverings. Initially we were told it was delayed due to the company requiring a template of our window arch. So the template was made and sent off. Months go by and still no update. Apparently COVID was now to blame. Months go by again and then we were told its a problem with the warehouse as it was showing our blinds had shipped but she didnt know where they were. More time goes by and we start to have difficulty getting hold of Christine or anyone at Kamelyan. It became one excuse after the next and endless promises of Ill call you next week with an update. Well that update never came as its been well over a year and we still dont have our blinds. And we never heard back. Do not trust this company. Truly sad because we chose them since they are small and local. What a shame.
