        Worst experience. Staff dont have any manners . We went there and there were 3 employees standing there . Nobody wanted to take our order . There was no line they were watching our faces and nobody is coming in-front to take our order we had to wait for 5 min to order. Disgusting. Tim Hortons management should provide proper training to their staff.

        All the Tim Hortons locations in Orangeville could use a fulltime person or company just for cleaning. they need to teach their Employees how to clean properly. So many times you see them clean a toilet with gloves on and then clean the sink touching the handles with the gloves that just cleaned the Toilet. Not to mention they also open the bathroom door with the dirty gloves on. To top it off you can hardly find a clean table. I also find it really odd when they know when there is going to be a inspection.Wheelchair accessibility: Half the time the automatic door openers don't wouk or are turned off.

        It's 2023 and still people don't know the difference between beacon and sausage. What a joke. Wasted an hour of my time which I'm not getting paid because someone does not know how to take an easy order. I will not be giving anymore business to Tim Hortons going to the places that can actually take an order and get it right.
