Just spent time with Ms Carrie Hamilton at Orangeville office...This lady is a professional customer service agent..Handled all of my business in short order & too my complete satisfaction.....& she is very pleasant as well....I recommend her to anyone needing a very efficient banker

We were working with Laura Clow for the last few years at meridian Orangeville & she worked to get our credit & finances all sorted out. We have never trusted anyone with our financials like we trusted her. Then suddenly around Christmas they wouldnt let us speak to her & kept giving us excuses about why she couldnt talk to us (saying she was on linch or was moved to another position & wouldnt give us her number) & now nobody answers their phones every time we call. We will be switching to another location & hope to find another laura & better customer service! Feeling very disappointed in orangeville meridian!

The staff at the Orangeville branch are professional, competent and fun to be around! Special mentions to Lisa, Carrie, Rose and Mary Ann! If you want to be treated with respect and know you are in good hands, I would consider becoming a Meridian memberwhere you are truly cared about.

Wow. The customer service here has gone downhill. It takes forever for anyone to return my call. The one employee Carrie is so rude to some of the staff and other members, I always hope its never her serving me. Most of the other Meridian locations are great, but this one seems to be struggling.
