I have called 7 times and cannot get through to book an appointment. If you have a job dont get a Dr here. Its a full time job trying to get through. They never call back when you leave a voicemail either.

Dr.Onasanya is a rude person, I just wanted to get a referral for my son to see a paediatrician and I guess he took it personal for some reason and decided to get extremely rude. I would recommend you look else where place is tiny and is always crammed with people, wait times are long even if you have an appointment.

Used the walk-in clinic and pharmacy a week ago. Doc asked about symptoms and took a look at my throat. Prescribed antibiotics but I was never told what he suspected I had. There were no diagnostic swabs done. Desperate for relief, I filled the prescription in-house, returned home and took the first dose. Within 30 mins my eyes became extremely itchy and swelled dramatically. Called the pharmacist who said it was probably seasonal allergies, but that I should stop taking the meds until they speak with the doctor who saw me. I was told I would get a call back. We had three phone conversations that day (two of which were initiated by me) but I never did get an answer - or a different antibiotic. Just repeatedly told one more patient and I can ask the doctor. This experience has cost me time, money (on useless prescriptions) and most importantly, my health. Good enough should never be the standard of care.

Chafford clinic has accepted more patients than they can actually handle, and they continue to accept new patients this place is busier than service Ontario. the phone isnt being answered because inside the clinic is so busy the receptionists dont have the time to, they otherwise do their best to answer it and have always been met with a good attitude from them. the doctors are overwhelmed with patients and as a result youre left waiting 30 minutes to an hour for your scheduled appointment, and then youre met with a doctor that is overwhelmed and rude, talks over you not actually listening to your concerns and rushes you out so he can get to the next patient thats been waiting an hour. If you are someone dealing with serious health problems please go elsewhere so that your health is made a priority because you will be dismissed, overlooked and forgotten about if you come here. If you ask for a referral you wont get it, or again youll be forgotten about As a first time mom I was happy to have a family doctor so close to home, after the attitude I received today I wont be coming back, its worth the drive to see a doctor that will take your concerns seriously, especially when they involve your baby. We have been trying to get a paediatrician referral since December..it is now May. For whatever reason we keep getting the run around and being dismissed. My baby has been vomiting so often hes not gained more than a pound in FIVE MONTHS and again he sees no reason for us to see a paediatrician. This practice is neglectful. I insisted on getting a referral for a paediatrician today after discussing his weight and the doctor got up and left the room before we were even done talking. DO NOT BRING YOUR BABIES HERE

Terrible clinic absolutely an unorganized mess ! Never open on time , never answers phones .tells patients things that are not there responsibility to do . Absolutely the worst .always over an hour wait for a scheduled appointment
