The receptionist is lovely (as are the rest of the staff) I feel so bad for her due all the rudeness and poor treatment I've witnessed her endure from patients with no manners. Society is becoming so entitled, rude and selfish. Always be kind. Always choose kindness.

I called the office today for some additional information on an upcoming appointment and I was greeted by the most helpful and polite receptionist who went above and beyond to provide me with all the information I needed. I have heard nothing but great reviews of the doctor and his staff. So excited to have my children accepted as patients !!

Awful service, my son was screaming from excruciating pain because of his ear infection and they denied to even look at him. Working in an industry where they should be helping unconditionally they asked me to come back in nex month??? What do I do with my son who is screaming an crying? I took my kid to Toronto where we originally moved from, and my son was looked at in 15 min. Well worth the drive not to deal with these cold people... Do not waste your time with these people, money comes first and then the patients.
