This entire experience was such a SCAM!!! We received a letter in the mail about this location having a HUGE LIQUIDATION SALE and there was so such thing!! The sales event was only no tax! And the letter also stated we would be receiving a special discount because we received a special letter and invitation and that was not true! Nothing in there is less than 200$ and 200$ gets you a lamp if that! I told the lovely sales lady about the invite being very misleading and she agreed and then told me that the owner does that on purpose to get people in the store! Shocking! Reporting this to the better business bureau of Canada because this was absolutely horrible! Cannot believe this! Please see the photos for my photo of the exclusive invite haha what a joke!

I ordered a leather reclining chair from Butcher Furniture in Orangeville. When it arrived, it had defective leather and was taller than the one in their showroom. I let them know and they picked it up, charging me $250 for restocking. They responded with youre lucky we only charged you that much, we usually charge 20% for restocking. They refused to listen to anything I had to say. I guess they just like taking advantage of seniors!
