Headwaters Optometry, Dr. Brodie and Associates

I was referred to Headwaters Optomertry from a friend. I have never been to a place that was so polite and passionate for their patients, not only their staff, Dr Cooke was extremely nice and was very detailed with me as her patient. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

I went here for this first time this year with doctor Kristen Cooke. She was absolutely fantastic. Made me feel extremely comfortable and she tended to all my eye needs. I came in with a few concerns about my eyes as well as needing a new prescription, and she took care of all of that in a way that other optometrists have not been able to. I highly recommend going to see her. Many of my friends and family also go to her now and have only had the greatest experiences.

Had a great experience at Headwaters with Dr. Cooke and team! Dr. Cooke was able to give me the best prescription Ive ever had - no headaches when switching over from my old glasses to my new ones. The team was super helpful when picking my new frames, and overall it was a great experience. Thanks to everyone at Headwaters for their excellent service!

Everyone in the office is extremely nice and welcoming. Dr. Cooke did a very thorough eye exam and answered all of my questions. She was very patient and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Highly recommend!! Plus, the process for ordering contacts online was very quick and simple. Very happy with the services!

My family were patients of Dr Orrs for more than 20 years. He was excellent. Sadly after his passing we were transferred to Kristen Cooke. In January I was finally able to make an appointment for an eye exam and get a new prescription. It was not a good appointment from the start, but I wont go into details, just knew following that appointment that Id be looking for a new doctor. I didnt find a frame I liked with them so took the prescription elsewhere. Finally found my new frames at another local optometrist and gave them the prescription. Picked my glasses up 3 days later put them on and felt like I was drunk! The prescription for one lens was so wrong. Had Cooke reviewed my file shed have had an understanding of what was needed with my eyes, instead i was forced to waste a lot of money on a lens I couldnt see through. Thankfully the new optometrist was able to fix the issue for me using my previous glasses (prescription from Dr. Orr) as a guide and replaced the lens. I also requested a prescription for a pair of readers and looking at the prescription now I see right away that what shes prescribed will be inappropriate too.
