HORRIBLE DISHONEST COMPANY They are NOT the same company anymore!!!! We hired Williams Tree Service to cut down trees (toppled by tornado wind storm) and stump three of them Ron Williams quoted $2500.00 for cutting and stumping (no removal , as you see in pictures, he left us with a mess. We are seniors as well. After 4 hours day one and 2-3 hours another day, he asked for payment before job was finished. He informed us he would be back to finish cutting and when area cleared, he would stump We had cleared the area with 3 days for him My husband is very trustworthy and paid him in full.(Big Mistake) 3 weeks later, after numerous excuses every 4 days ie: don't want to start work on a Friday, I am 70 years old and tired, and got a stick in my eye, he informed us we needed locates to do the stumping. I informed him we already had locates and then he informed us that the stumping would be extra charges. Not only did he not complete the work, he now wants to charge us more for stumping, that was confirmed twice by myself and my husband that it was included. Most untrustworthy company we have ever dealt with. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Services: Tree removal, Tree stump removal
