I recently called on RNR Patient Transfer and was very impressed. Samantha was very professional and helped me in a bind the day before the hospital advised my dad was to be moved. They arrived early and were extremely professional and polite to my dad and price was as agreed. I will definitely call them again when needed and highly recommend this company

My husband and I would like to express our sincerest gratitude and appreciation for the team and your company in the safe transfer in bringing our daughter home from the Hospital. The attendants were kind, caring, courteous, and professional, ensuring our daughter was comfortable, positioned correctly, and felt safe. Matt and his colleagues demonstrated genuine concern for all of us, and alleviated any concerns we had. We would not hesitate to utilize this service again and will highly recommend RNR. THANK YOU again! Douglas and Ellen Sharpe

My Gramma was palliative and to come home at 4:00pm on Tuesday June 22/21 from Soliders Memorial Hospital in Orillia. Their transportation vehicle broke down and they rescheduled for the next day. She was to leave the hospital at 9:00am. At 10:30am she had still not arrived at her residence in Beaverton. We called the hospital, they did not know anything as to where she was, but that she had not left until 9:30am. At 10:45am they finally arrived but at the wrong building. We had to go out and call them over. The put her in a chair and carried her upstairs, basically plopped her on her bed and left. They had gotten lost and went to Brechin. Why they were in Brechin I do not know. My Gramma said they stopped at a house in Brechin and knocked on the door to see if it was her house. No one answered and the attendants came back and asked my Gramma if someone was to be home to accept her. She lives in Beaverton...they were in Brechin??? The vehicle was so cold my Gramma was freezing. She was in PJs and a thin sheet except for the thin throw blanket we had at the hospital on her bed. She was alert when she got home but exhausted. She basically went into a coma shortly after that. If they had not broken down, got lost while she was freezing and exerting unnecessary energy to keep warm that she did not have..she may still be with us. When she she left the hospital they told us she had up to 2 weeks at least. A trip with them and she passed. I would not let anyone I love travel with them!!! After talking to those who have used this service before..I would never have allowed them to transport her. We should have just put her in the car and drove her home.

Required stretcher transportation for my grandmother going from hospital to a nursing home. A company that the hospital referred us to was awful; on hold for over 30 mins then cutoff. I called RNR and spoke to a representative immediately. Ararangements made. easily. Excellent customer service! Will highly recommend.
