        Good builder , great homes, with its pros and cons of course, so far within 6 months a few plumbing issues. The issues were addressed directly to the builder on site and everything was resolved within a day or two.

        This company does not stand by their product. They only follow the tarion warranty. They use cheap fixtures such as toilets. The work is not well done. The trades are rushed so they can't do good quality work. Floors creak. Vinyl flooring is buckled up, poor paint job. I have to replace my toilets after only 18 months of living here. The hot water takes a really long time to get to the tap. I start the hot water and walk away to do something else and maybe when I get back the water is hot.
